About Me​


Former Head of Languages, Form tutor and mentoring young people to achieve positive outcomes. I have years of experiences encouraging, supporting and coaching people from different background and all avenues of life to positive breakthrough and following a path which is more aligned to them, lifting up the veils of limiting beliefs.

Peace within can sound strange, especially from a clutter and space clearing consultant. You are going to think but what is she talking about? Well, bear with me… The power of clutter and space clearing is so underrated. What is clutter? What is space? Why is it underrated?

Bespoke Coaching​

I offer one-to-one and group sessions for children and adults of mindful and transformational coaching. Online and face to face.

In order to flourish, one needs to learn about oneself. It is positive to acknowledge where you are now with a view to where you want to be. We are all at different stages in our lives and aspire to different things. How aware and accepting are we of this?

Using a wide range of techniques for more focus and calmer mind. Bring self awareness and perspective into current situations with a more serene and tranquil approach. Being conscious of oneself.

Clutter and space clearing​

Our lives are full of inner and outer clutter that occupy space in our minds, that leave us feeling stuck, unsettled or scattered without knowing why. This is a very personal journey. I will help you identify this and guide you throughout a beautiful journey of self discovery and acceptance.
